 Facilities Maintenance Technician III - Norwood will use abilities and knowledge to lead troubleshooting, repair, and contribute to the uninterrupted operation of all process and non-process equipment and utilities. They will also schedule, execute and document all preventive maintenance for said utilities/equipment. They will interact with contractors for capital improvements and repair, as well as monitor trends and provide reports on equipment status and condition through the automated building control system and maintain spare parts inventory.  This individual will work a Monday-Friday schedule within regular business hours and must have flexibility to participate in a 10:00am-6:00pm rotation.  Key Responsibilities:  Executing all preventive maintenance, including scheduling with internal stakeholders.  Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and components.  Performing all required plumbing, electrical, boiler, GMP utilities, and HVAC repairs.  BMS & CMS monitoring and alarm response.  Participating in off-hours on-call rotation.  Ensure efficient communication with team members.  Provide clear and complete turnover reports, including follow up activities.  Coordination of daily documentation logs, alarm reports, work orders, and cleaning logs.  Evaluation of SOP’s and Emergency Procedures.  Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating small projects.  Performing other assignments as directed by manager or lead technician. Check to be sure that jobs being worked on are finished on or before due date. Assess and order .F. items when required. Switch Assembler - This position is responsible to assemble switches according to specifications and prints. Assemble repetitive, routine production switches from material lists using assembly drawings. Identify parts by description, drawings and simple measurements.  Pull parts form storage bins for assigned jobs as listed on material lists and assembly drawings.  Operate grinder, drill press, hydraulic press or rivet machines. Gapping, lugging, stamping.  Sign on and off the job. Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.  Build sub-assemblies if required.  May perform responsibilities of the Sub-Assembler.  Assist in upkeep of area.

Screw Machine Operator - This position is responsible to setup, operate, maintain and perform repairs to automatic screw machines to produced high volume piece parts.  Performs complete set-ups of Brown and Sharpe automatic machines to produce piece parts to tolerance specified by piece part prints.  Select proper cams, turret tools, collet dogs, spindle speed gears, set-up thread rollers as required and operation of LIPE automatic bar feeds.  Select job to be run by prepared schedule.  Maintain and sharpen all form tools, cut-off tools and drills.  Select bar stock according to shop order material list.  Inspect all first piece parts according to print dimensions as well as conducting in process inspection throughout entire order quantity using comparator, dial calipers, micrometers, thread micrometers and thread and ring gauges to insure part conformity to blue print.  Create setup and record SPC Data as required on each piece part and move parts to next area or work center indicated by shop order after operation is complete.  Ensure good quality and a clean and safe work area at all times.  Must be trained in Hazardous Waste handling and control.  Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The main responsibilities include providing administrative and clerical support to the nursing team. Qualified candidates must have excellent organizational skills; must be caring, compassionate and service oriented. Must have strong computer skills.
